Do you realize that for years even decades this system has been using the workforce to cause division and confusion in the black family and home. To be brief, there are different systems set up where the “black” man is only hired for certain types of jobs mainly hard labor jobs where he uses his body more than his thinking. The most in average the “black” man that’s not apart of any organization will make is no more than $24 to $25 an hr. That’s basically plant jobs and such. The man will have to work 12hr shifts. Working this much WILL send that man to an early grave. Most men even at plants are making between 17-19 an hr. They won’t tell you this for fear of embarrassment. Making 19 an hr is “OK” money but in this system and climate a 40 hr check at $19 and hr is $760 before taxes. This is not enough to support a family and own a house cars and all this other stuff society say we must have. On the other hand, the black woman can find all kinds of jobs willing to pay her 25-30 dollars an hr doing various jobs but most of them require them to be on the phone. These jobs give these women all kinds of incentives benefits and the pay is always more than her counter part the “Black Man.” In average black women make more an hour than black men. Women on average make more than a black man. The info is out there take a look. The problem is, when you are a “Black Man And “Black Women in a relationship (marriage) or building a family. This off balance that the system creates causes tension inside the relationship because both parties are looking at each other as the problem. The way the system teaches and train us to think is the problem. The system teaches the black woman that the man is supposed to provide everything they need. What the system don’t teach black women is they, the system oppress black men on these jobs. They purposely DON’T and WON’T hire certain black men for great paying jobs and positions. The great jobs and positions are giving to men of other races and ethnicity. Great jobs are giving to “black” men that are apart of different organizations. Why almost every job has white people managing the black man. He also manages his pay and Scheduling.  This is a set up waiting to happen. The “black” man is kept at a certain position and pay rate while his woman is being promoted and giving raises and bonuses to create a you are  not on my level type attitude in the black woman. It’s facts, whoever makes the most money more responsibility is on that person. So the system puts  the black women in a position of the bread winner on purpose so the “black” man look like a unworthy man that can’t get his stuff together. The black women starts looking at the man like he is nothing. What most black women can’t see is your man is great and can accomplish a lot but there is an enemy that doesn’t like him, so much that they will give black women power to destroy there counterparts. Money answer the bills, houses, gas, trips, food, clothes and shelter. The creators of the system know this. So they get “celebrities” using music, movies, and commercials to promote a lifestyle that the average man cannot afford working on any job. At the same time they promote to the black  women, your man should buy YOU a house and cars take you on trips buy you designer bags, clothes, and also he should pay for her hair and nails which are ridiculously high. Remember the average man make up to $20 an hour do the math, and after taxes, there isn’t anyway working 1 job a man can successfully be the type of man the system trained women to want. It’s all a set up! This is why many black men do other activities most of the time illegal ways to make money it's really to make himself feel like a man in this system. Why do you think?
